1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE dengan persyaratan :

§  Pendidikan Minimal S1

(lebih diutamakan Jurusan Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Perkapalan, Matematika, Statistika, Akuntansi, Manajemen, Hukum, Asuransi )

§  Usia maksimal 27 tahun (maksimal kelahiran tahun 1984)

§  IPK minimal (PTN : 3,00 & PTS: 3,20)

2. PELAKSANA  dengan persyaratan :

§  Pendidikan D3 atau Politeknik

(lebih diutamakan Jurusan Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Perkapalan, Matematika, Statistika, Akuntansi, Manajemen, Asuransi )

§  Usia maksimal 25 tahun (maksimal kelahiran tahun 1986)

§  IPK minimal (PTN : 2,80 & PTS: 3,00)

3. PERSYARATAN UMUM :

§  Belum menikah dan bersedia tidak menikah selama 1 tahun

§  Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Indonesia dengan menandatangani Perjanjian Ikatan Dinas

§  Kemampuan berkomunikasi baik dan mahir dalam berbahasa Inggris baik lisan & tulisan

§  Mengirimkan surat lamaran dan CV dengan melampirkan fotokopi ijazah,  transkrip nilai dan pas foto berwarna terbaru ukuran 4x6 cm sebanyak 2 lembar dalam amplop tertutup dengan menulis kode di sudut kanan atas amplop sebagai berikut :

-        Kode : MT untuk  MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

-        Kode : PL untuk  PELAKSANA
